Precision Cutting



Our PET panels are cut on state-of-the-art digital CNC tables, giving you complete flexibility over shape and finish.

We can produce anything from simple components to complex architectural patterns.

Cuts can be:

      Printed PET Acoustic Panels



      LayerFelt printed PET acoustic panels allow acoustic surfaces to be created with decorative finishes, brand graphics, natural textures and bespoke visual effects.

      Using direct print capability, we can produce PET panels with woodgrain, stone, plaster, concrete, artwork and custom patterns, helping clients achieve a high-end finish while retaining the acoustic and practical benefits of PET felt.

      Printed PET is ideal for wall panels, ceiling baffles, box baffles, feature panels, desk screens, dividers, acoustic planters and branding colours & logos, where both performance and appearance matter
